Kolad Lakeside Camping On New Year Eve

Day 1 :

Our New Year Eve celebrations start a day earlier, as we check into our campsite by 3 PM. Then, grab some mouth- watering snacks and post that, we gear up for our adventure activities session. For two hours, you can indulge in any of the following activities – Zip Lining along with a dip in the water, Kayaking, Swimming and some other activities through which you can engage with fellow travelers. You can also play badminton, volleyball and some dart games. After having so much fun, starters will be served, accompanied by some team games and activities. Later, grove on the beats of the DJ till 11:30 PM. Exactly at the strike of 12 AM, we begin our New Year party by cutting a cake. Then, you can croon till you drop, to the melodious music of the guitarist with a blazing bonfire giving you company. This will be the most memorable New Year’s Eve!

Kolad River Rafting

Day 02 :

Wake up at 7 AM and welcome the first rays of the sun of 2019. Then, have a delicious heavy breakfast at the water front and enjoy the next 2 hours slot of adventure activities, which will be repeated. Post this, we check out by 10.30 AM and leave for Mumbai with good memories of the camping experience.

The camping event concludes with amazing memories to be cherished !!

For People Coming by Private Vehicle:

1. It Takes around 3-3.5 Hours to reach at the Campsite from both Mumbai & Pune

For People travelling with us:

1. Transportation cost considering on sharing basis at actual. Transportation amount would be collected a day before the event, either by online transfer or in cash.

2. Meet our leader at Dadar by 10:30 AM and board the bus to our New Year Lakeside Camping site, near Kolad. En-route, we halt for lunch (At your own).

3. We will leave from the Campsite between 10:30-11 am and return to Mumbai around 3 pm.

Inclusions :

1. Meals – Evening refreshments, Dinner on day 1 (Veg, Non- Veg), Breakfast on Day 2 and Starters (Veg and Non-Veg) and Jain Food.

2. Tent accommodation on twin sharing basis.

3. Bedding – Mattresses, pullovers, blankets, pillows OR sleeping bags

4. Hygiene maintained and built up toilet (Indian & Western Toilet)

5. Purified water throughout the New Year Camping Event.

6. All necessary permissions; tips.

7. Guitarist and DJ Music.

8. Local outdoor experts to conduct adventure activities.

9. Camping leaders to manage the New Year’s Eve event.

Note :

Alcohol and smoking is strictly disallowed on camping. If found camping under influence of drugs or drinks you’ll be barred from the outing. And our responsibility ceases with you.
