Pranav Rawat an Apple Farmer hails from the mountainous region. Abhijeet Singh an MBA quit his job and becomes an Adventure photographer. On 16th Jan 2016 both attempts to climb what is called ‘Sheela Nala’ in the Spiti region of Himachal Pradesh.

At an altitude of 12,500 ft the temperature ranged from -10 to -35 degrees Waterfall climbing is an extreme form of climbing. The risk and technique involved make it a very difficult pursuit. No one has attempted to start and finish the water fall. One mistake and you are gone, there is no chance of survival.

“After watching the condition of the ice, we realized that it will take too much energy to insert ice screws.” “Since we had brand new ice tools, it would either slide down or bounce back.  And if hit too hard then the whole ice section would fall off.” Pranav said while explaining about his experience.

After nearing the top they realized that the ice is too thin on the top and there is no way it could be climbed. Pranav suggested going back, but Abhijeet denied. After 2 years of preparing Abhijeet was not ready to give up.
