Kudremukh Trek
Kudremukh peak located in Chikkamagaluru district, in Karnataka, India. The name Kuduremukha literally means 'horse-face' (in the Kannada language) and refers to a particular picturesque view of a side of the mountain that resembles a horse's face. Kuduremukh is Karnataka's 3rd highest peak.
The Kudremukh National Park is the second largest Wildlife Protected Area. Kudremukh National Park comes under the Global Tiger Conservation Priority-I, under the format developed jointly by the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) and World Wide Fund-USA.
About the Trek:
Small group trek (only 12 participants)
Altitude: 1892 M.
Difficulty: Moderate
Trek Distance: 18-20 km approx.
Terrain: Zig-zag trail, couple of small stretches where there are steep climbs. Landscape if covered with lush green grass lands with occasional dense forest. There is one waterfall and about 10 water streams on the trek.

Day 2 (Saturday)
06:00 - Reach Shamse (332 Km from Bangalore)
06:30 - Jeep ride To Mullodi Village (6 km)
07:15 - Reach base camp
07:30 - Freshen up/Breakfast
09:00 - Start Trek
12:30 – Reach peak/Have Lunch
14:00 – Descend Down to Base camp
18:00 – Have tea
20:30 - Dinner & Camp fire (Would depend on weather condition)
Day 3 (Sunday)
05:30 – Wake up/Freshen up
06:00 – Go to the waterfalls
07:30 - Breakfast
08:00 – Jeep ride to shamse
10:30 – Travel back to Bangalore
14:00 – Lunch (self-sponsored)
20.00 – Reach back Bangalore
