Itinerary :
Day 0 :
Catch Last Local to Kasara
Train Timing : Last Slow Local to Kasara.
12:14 @ CST
12:22 @ Byculla
12:32 @ Dadar
12:42 @ Kurla
1:08 @ Thane
1:41 @ Kalyan
2:55 @ Kasara
Get one way ticket to Kasara (Remember to board second last compartment from CST side, Just don't miss the train, as missing the train is missing the event)
Day 1 :
- 3:00 am: Reach Kasara station
- Move ahead to Pachnai Base Village by Private Jeep
- 6:00 am: Reach Pachnai Village
- 8:00 am: Freshen up and Breakfast
- 8:15 am: Start trek to Harischandragad
- 11:00 am: Reach Konkankada
Rest and Relax for some time
- 1:00-3:00 pm: Explore Harischandragad and can nap for a while
- 5:30-7:00 pm: Enjoy Pristine Sunset from Konkankada
- Camping Time Eeh! Bring on the ideas of Fun, We have planned ours too!
Day 2 :
- 6:00 am: Wake up to witness alluring Sunrise
- 7:00 am: Breakfast in the open arena of Kokankada
- 12:30 pm: After reaching Pachnai ,hog on yummy lunch
- 5:00 pm: Reach Kasara, start travel for Mumbai
Things To Carry:
- Good pair of trekking shoes
- Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc.
- A bottle of water (atleast 2 Ltrs) Compulsory
- Medicine those if u require usually (Optional) & Glucose
- Please avoid wearing Jewellery
- Sleeping Bag or Thick Bedsheet
- Torch with extra batteries
