12 hours and 24hours stay and Day out 8AM to 6PM

Note:
Example of tent allocation:
- Team of 3 or a multiple of 3 will be provided 3 people sharing tents.
- Team of 2 or a multiple of 2 will be provided 2 people sharing tents. Or 4 people sharing. Tents with/without partition.
- Team of 5 or a multiple of 5 will be provided two types of tents (2 people & 3 people sharing).
- Team of 10 or a multiple of 5 tents will be provided.
- Other group sizes will be provided with a combination of 2/3 sharing tents decided by management.
- No single person tents will be allocated. ( available on demand decided by management )
- Rooms 4 sharing and 6 sharing ( available couple rooms on demand )

- Ice-Cubes, Disposable glasses can be availed at on pre-request.
- Liquor will not be available at location to purchase.
- Campsite is not responsible for storage of liquors bought by customers.
- Food Timings: Dinner Buffet-9:00PM-10:00PM, Breakfast- 8:30AM-9:30AM, Lunch – 1:30PM-2:30PM.
- Guests are not allowed to carry the food to rooms are tents.
- Common bonfire and common music available for all type of group size.
- Amphitheatre available on pre request.

Things to Carry

- A torch with new batteries (in case of emergency)
- You can carry energy food (Chocolate bars, flavored milk, Electrolyte drinks etc.)

Advisory
- Guests are not allowed to carry Soft drinks and food items from outside.
- Guests are not allowed to participate in any activities after consuming alcohol.
- Any harm or damage caused to the property or belongings of the campsite would need to be compensated at the spot.
- Show respect to nature and fellow campers.
- Follow “Leave No Trace” policy, never throw or leave anything en-route or at the camp area.
- Kindly dispose of plastics in an appropriate manner.
- Carrying jewellery or other valuables is not advisable.
- Management is not responsible for any of your belongings.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 7 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. ( Only for direct bookings )
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 business days
Booking Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
