About our Yoga Instructor : A Yoga Instructor certified by the Quality Council of India, Priya Chaphekar has been teaching the discipline for more than three years. Over time, she has helped her students focus on building a healthy lifestyle with specific yoga practices to address their lifestyle woes.
Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Venue
- 7 am: Embracing the morning with yoga practices and movements to bring the body back in action.
- 9 am: Breakfast
- 10 am onwards: Rest, read, and recover: Leisure time at the base camp
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
- Post lunch: Plant-based nutrition session
- 4 pm: Yoga for a happy spine
- 5:30 pm: A short tour to an farm
- Upon return, let’s try our hands-on grilling techniques to barbecue food, while getting to know each
- other better. Let’s kick off a cosy evening around a bonfire – strum a guitar or just gaze at the stars.
- Spend the night in a tent.
Day 2:
- 6 am: Early morning yoga with pranayama.
- 8 am: Healthy breakfast
- 9 am: Head to Mumbai with a refreshed heart and a basket full of memories.
