Multiple days guided trekking and camping in south Western Ghats, comprising high altitude mountains, grasslands, high rainforest, mountain villages, open forests etc and camping inside wildlife zone. The duration of the trek is from one night two days to 6 nights and 7 days.

Day1: Chokkanad camp
Receive you at our base camp in Munnar . Transfer to Chokkanad valley by Jeep. Hike to the Tahr mountain camp through farm forest and high altitude grassland. The camp is at 1800MSL. Check in at our spacious dome tent with sleeping bag and mat. Campfire dinner
Day 2: Chokkanad camp
Wake up to the call of birds. Have a nice cup tea and enjoy the sunrise and mist filled valley. After breakfast prepare for an exploration hike through planters village and spice farm where you can experience different aspects of village life and spice farms like cardamom, pepper, ginger , turmeric and tuber crops.
Trekking and Camping at Munnar could be extended upto 6 days, depends upon the package. Package for the 5 nights 6 days would be different. Here is the total itinerary for the 5 Days 6 Nights Package as follows-
Day 3: Marayur village
A day to explore the village life of the county. Visit to tribal villages, their sacred groves, temple and farms by walk. Visit to Megalithic monuments etc. Overnight in farm house.
Day 4: Chinnar wildlife sanctuary
Check out after breakfast and proceed to Chinnar Wildlife sanctuary. Trek through the forest to spot wildlife and a prehistoric cave painting. After lunch check in to a log cabin in the middle of the forest. Wildlife watch and campfire dinner.
Day 5: Chinnar wildlife sanctuary
Wake up to the call of leaf monkeys. Enjoy the sunrise and morning wildlife movements. After breakfast start walking safari through the forest. A full day to explore wildlife in different areas of the forest. Have a spa in a white water river passing across the sanctuary. Overnight at camp. Campfire dinner
Day 6: Munnar
Check out after breakfast. Transfer to Munnar. Enroute we will stop to visit a working tea factory and tea plantation. Experience the tea picking and processing.
