Day-1 The trek starts from Pothamedu or from Old Munnar after lunch. Trek through the tea garden , spice plantation and shola forest. reach Tahr mountain camp by evening. The camp is in the border of farms forest and grass land with high mountains bordering the north and valleys to the south west. Rest of the day in the camp. Campfire BBQ dinner etc. Night walk through farmforest can be arranged.

Day-2 Wake up to the call of birds. Prepare for check out. Starts hiking after breakfast. Return to Munnar before lunch.

Reporting station: Pothamedu, Munnar , Kerala, India

Nature of Trek : guided Medium to hard

Finishing Point : Great Escape gap (for round trip) or return through the same path.

Options : Bird watching, BBQ and hard tre on extra
